DeAndre Avinger is an Evaluation Analyst on our Insights & Impact team. He helps to manage aspects of the standardized data collection and reporting processes for our leadership programs. He also is leveraging his background in statistics to enhance our analytics and reporting infrastructure.
Experience
DeAndre specializes in assessment development, evaluation, and statistical analytics. Before joining us, he was a Graduate Research Assistant, Graduate Teaching Assistant, and Internship Coordinator at San Francisco State University.
Educational Background
DeAndre received an MA in Psychology from San Francisco State University, where his research focused on social psychology, inter-group dynamics, and attitudinal influences on social behavior, and a BA in Psychology from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania.
