CCL Researchers Win Hogan Award for Personality and Work Performance

CCL researcher John Fleenor, former CCL researcher Phillip Braddy, Adam Meade, and Gabriel Pappalardo (NC State University) received the Hogan Award for Personality and Work Performance, which was presented at 2022 SIOP (Society for Industrial and Organization Psychology) conference.

The award was for a paper published in Organizational Research Methods, titled “Rapid response measurement: Development of a faking-resistant assessment method for personality,” about the development of PerSight, a personality assessment used by CCL.

His focus is on the future of leadership assessment, and his research interests include strategic 360 feedback, rapid-response personality measures, and digital leadership assessments. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and has taught courses in organizational psychology at North Carolina State University.
