Current Role

Brook is our Director of Development and leads our social sector philanthropy and sales team, which serves our nonprofit, K–12 education, higher education, and population health clients and funders. Brook and her team partner with organizations around the world to leverage leadership development for social change. She serves on our global leadership team and is also an Adjunct Coach, is certified in our Benchmarks® 360 Assessment Suite, and is trained to deliver our unique coaching workshop, Better Conversations Every Day™.

Experience

Brook has more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience, including work in independent schools, regional professional theater, United Way, and a statewide child welfare agency. She has built both systems and teams and led several organizational culture-change efforts, creating increased impact both for organizations and the communities they serve.

Education

Brook is currently pursuing a EdD in Organizational Learning and Leadership from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior & Leadership from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a BA in History & Communications from Wake Forest University.
