About the Webinar

On the list of New Year’s resolutions, “become a better leader” often falls below the more traditional health-oriented goals. The path to personal growth can seem nebulous, so it’s easier to prioritize other, more quantifiable ones. Yet investing time in your own development benefits not only you, but those around you as well.

Whether you are an individual contributor, a manager of 20, or the COO of a large company, setting some personal leadership goals tied to your values and should be on your to-do list. And while you might already know that many leadership goals are related to creating new habits, changing old ones, or being more intentional about how you spend your time, it’s our job to help you focus your energy where it counts.

In this webinar, we’ll discuss why it’s so challenging to create space for development outside of your day-to-day responsibilities. You’ll have dedicated time to think critically about your own personal learning and leadership goals, and identify the new practices you’ll need to develop to not just achieve them, but actually make them stick.

At the end of this webinar, you’ll:

  • Understand the difficulty behind prioritizing personal development;
  • Learn how to choose the right learning experience for you;
  • Learn the science of habits and how you can game your brain to keep up; and
  • Set one actionable goal for your individual development.
